Accumuli, the provider of Advanced IT Security Services, announces that on 14 December 2011 the following share options were granted by the Independent Directors to certain Directors of the Company.
400,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.25p in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) were granted to Nicholas (“Nick”) Kingsbury, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
